Can I trust someone I have never met?
You can speak to us as often as you need before care starts, and your parents can meet the caretaker. Women and men caretakers are both available, so your parents can choose who they are comfortable with.
What if something goes wrong at night?
We are reachable 24 hours a day. In a medical emergency the caretaker should call 108 and inform you and us straight away.
How do I pay from abroad?
We will explain the charges and payment options when you call, before any care begins.
What if my parent does not like the caretaker?
Tell us. We will listen to your parents and arrange a different caretaker where we can.

Can I arrange a caretaker for my parents without travelling to India?
Yes. Everything can be arranged by phone or WhatsApp. We speak with you and your parents, then send a suitable caretaker to their home.
What time can I call from the US, UK or the Gulf?
Any time. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so you can call or WhatsApp whenever it suits you.
Can the caretaker go with my parent to hospital appointments?
Yes, a caretaker can go along to doctor visits. If your parent is admitted, we can also arrange a hospital attendant.
Do you provide care in Telangana as well?

Can my parents talk to the caretaker in Telugu?
